Recipe time has come!!
Today I'm telling you about my short pastry cookies!!
I cook them only once a year... At Christmas!
They are very easy to make but they steal you pretty much time.
You can make them whenever you wish... they are the tipycal tea biscuits!
However.. Voilà my recipe
Ingredients:
300 gr of Butter
150 gr of Icing Sugar
1 Sachet of Vanilla Sugar
400 gr of Flour
1 Pinch of Salt
1 Egg
and if you want to do Chocolate Cookies add
40 gr of Botter Cocoa Powder
Preparation:
Mix every ingredient together.
If you want to make half chocolate and half white biscuits
you just have to slice in two the mixture
and in one half add the cocoa powder.
I usually let the mixture stand for a night in the fridge
but it isn't ncessary.
Now you just have to rool out the dough and use biscuit forms.
If the dough isn't very compact and it crumble up...
Don't worry just add a little bit of milk! ;)
Otherwise, if the dough is sticky
just use the flour to rool it up!
Now put all in the avon at 180° for 15 minutes.
Well ... Easy.. Isn't it?!

é ora di un ricetta post!!
Oggi vi scriverò la ricetta dei miei bicottini di pasta frolla!
Io li faccio solo una volta all'anno... A Natale!
Sono veramente facili da fare ma rubano abbastanza tempo.
Si possono fare in qualsiasi occasione... sono i tipici biscotti da thè!
Comunque, Voilà la mia ricetta:
Ingredienti:
300 gr di Burro
150 gr di Zucchero a Velo
1 Bustina di Zucchero Vanigliato
400 gr di Farina
1 Pizzico di Sale
1 Uovo
e se volete fare dei biscotti al cioccolato basta aggiungere
40 gr di cacao amaro
Preparazione:
Lavorare tutti gli ingredienti insieme.
Se volete fare metà biscotti di cioccolato e metà bianchi
basta dividere in due l'impasto
e in una metà aggiungere la polvere di cacao.
Io solitamente lascio l'impasto riposare per una notte nel frigo
ma non è necessario.
Ora basta stendere la pasta
e usare le formine
Se la pasta non è molto compatta e si sbriciola
Niente paura! Basta aggiungere un goccio di latte.
Al contrario, se la pasta è appiccicosa
basta usare della farina mentre la si stende.
Ora mettere tutto in forno a 180° per 15 minuti.
Bhè.. Facile no?!
